I live in Lucknow city and my current location is Gulzar colony chinhat tiraha Lucknow but there is some issue in your network the internet connectivity is very poor like 2G connection I complained many times on jio customer care but no resolution provided to me and the network status is still very poor.     महोदय,
    मेरे द्वारा आपके कस्टमर केयर को मेरे ग्राम छटहाँ जनपद मीरजापुर उत्तर प्रदेश में नेटवर्क संमबन्धित समस्या को लेकर के कई बार जरिये फोन व ईमेल के तहत शिकायत की गयी परन्तु आज तक मेरे गाँव में नेटवर्क नही सुधार हुआ । बस जब भी कस्टमर केयर को काल किया जाता है तो केवल यही कहा जाता है कि आफके क्षेत्र में नेटवर्क सम्बन्धी सुधार का कार्य चल रहा है । 120 दिनो में सुधार हो जायेगा परन्तु एक वर्ष से ज्यादा हो गया आज तक नही सुधार हुआ है
    बहुत परेशान हो गया हु । नेटवर्क न होने की दशा में मुझे अपने घर से करीब 300 मीटर दूर खेत मे जाना पडता है वहा पर नेटवर्क आता है तो बात होती है
    कृपया मेरी समस्या का निराकरण करे ।

    1. If as per your company policy, there is no provision of Refund / Reverse / Transfer any recharges which has been succesfully attached – BY MY MISTAKE OF A CUSTOMER TOWARDS A WRONG PHONE No.7905541345 – “NO PROBLEM”.

    2. For last 3 days, I had been continuously trying to Get in touch with the holder of 7905541345 –
    In all the attempts, getting response “THE No. IS UNREACHABLE OR SWITCHED OFF. PLEASE TRY LATER”.

    3. Following SMS have been sent 6 times to 7905541345
    “HOLDER OF 7905541345 CAN YOU PLEASE CALL ME ON 7985541345 OR ATTEND MY CALL” –
    Till now NO POSITIVE RESULTS

    4. May I approach you with an Earnest Request that:
    – Your good offices can at least CONSIDER MY REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OF SAID INCORRECT RECHARGE ORDER PLACED BY MISTAKE / Block said Recharge Amount credited in A/c of Jio No. 7905541345, IN ORDER TO PROTECT MY HARD EARNED MONEY WHICH I FEEL, SHOULD NOT BE PASSED ON TO A WRONG HAND.

  56. As we are aware about the quality and services of Reliance Jio, there is no doubt about it , no other player can take place in market in present and hope in future as well.

    But we are the unlucky to utilise your services at my place, We stay at Bongaria Bazar in district Azamgarh( attached the screenshot of map location .

    There is huge potential in market, appox. 1 million users those are using other network, lot of educational organisation are working which are using other network.

    As a teacher I also want to teach few topics to my students through digital mode but due to unavailability of healthy network our students do not get that opportunity.

    Kindly look in this matter on serious note and also give us opportunity to teach our students online. I hope you understand my pain.
