    We are having around 3 Jio sims for family but jio network doesnt work properly
    due to lower coverage, it mostly happens from 1 PM to midnight.
    couple of time complaint over jio care but no satisfaction as no action take by jio care team yet. i have been heard of new tower installation at PIN-412108 Pune from your jio care representative. but no improvements

  9. Please provide a jio tower post on our location, we have no jio network not on a single smartphone but on all mobile phones because of no network and no jio tower arround.we loves your service but there’s no network arround and nearby.

SO THAT I WANT DUPLICATE SIM CARD URGENTLY AS I RELATED WITH PUBLIC RELATED WORK.   15. The one problem I face and am sure all other JIO customers face is unsolicited calls and messages…
    Complaints have no resolution . Let me elucidate.
    1) My complaint was clear – it was that despite DND, I continue to get unsolicited / marketing based
    a) messages from Web ( mostly) and also some mobile numbers
    b) Marketing calls
    2) I therefore complained to JIO care quoting a few numbers / msg as examples .
    3) what surprises me is the speed with which complaints get closed with ‘ incomplete information ‘

    4) when I call and speak with the personnel @ JIO care they seem not to know much about DND and seek specific number with which I have a problem . the web to SMS ids of unwanted and unsolicited ids continue to come to my mobile
    Possible solution:
    Customers must not stop getting genuine messages but unsolicited must stop should be your aim
    With call center being of no use to customers you must create a self help sort of a portal where
    A) anyone can block SMS to his mobile , by entering the (originating) number or the web based SMS
    And
    B) phone calls from telemarketing persons
    You can at a global level monitor those numbers and message sending sites and take it up with the appropriate Telecom service providers
    This is a suggestion to a major issue, if JIO has any better solution please go ahead but pl ensure to stop unsolicited calls.

  18. From last week i am suffering from the network of jio 4g . but i am hearing from jio customer care that ‘sir sorry …..’ but can not get solution !!!!!

    today i getting email from customer care for the solution, said me that it will take time for 120 days !!!!!

    and i ask for the quick solution the person told me its take 120 days to resolved !!! how can do this the company with me ? this kind of service reliance jio providing? what about my money which i paid for the 3 months time period ??? and the customer executive said me after 120 days you will get solution for the network !!! now tell me what about my payment it is paid without use the service ????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Before a week i am utilize full data for 3/4 days as per my plan 1.5GB after that jio suddenly decrease (decrease means like mtnl dial-up connection 18th century’s network) my internet speed. I raised a complaint but still not resolved and not getting proper answer. jio waste my time and day. I also use vodafone and airtel but these type of issue not happen in vodafone and airtel. My humble request to please resolved or refund choice is your, i am fed-up with jio service and customer excutive.

  19. I always get the below reply message from appellate.tn@jio.com when I raised an issue of replacement SIM. I had been following the issue for nearly 2 weeks. The reply is
    ”
    I apologise for the delay in providing you the resolution.
    I am coordinating with my concerned team, please grant us some additional time.
    We appreciate your time and patience in this regard.”

    Either my issue might is very complicate (i.e replacement of SIM) or appellate might be overloaded with work. Yes I have the patience to wait thank you. Will post in this blog when the issue gets resolved :).

  20. sir, I have recharged the above jio no. 6380312466, on 30th july for full talk time of Rs 200/-, as given in your website. However, the payment is not reflected in my phone balance, as it was giving a message insufficient balance. As I was using the phone only for limited voice calls, i wanted to check with your office. As I was away, the cell was switched off, and yesterday 07/10/2018, i wanted to use, still the same message was coming. I contacted your Madipakkam office . Mr Dasan attended to me and told there is no such plan( Unlimited validity ), and found the money deposited in my jio-account, and immediately made a rs 153/-, prepaid payment-receipt and activated it (28 days). I am not interested in data, as I do not use net.   28. Dear Jio, I am your regular costumer and my work place is Prince Institute of Innovative Technology, Knowledge park III, Greater Noida. Here in my work place there are lots of Jio Costumers too, but on the basis of network here is your service is not so good. Out side (forward ) of the building network are good but inside the building network strength became too poor. I remember Last Year Network was superb. I change my mobile phone Gionee to samsung and problem is remain same. If i wants to talk then call can’t to the costumer care. Please verify it. Some of your costumers are trying to switch and you can send your verifiers to resolve this issue.
