    WHERE THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES / Appellate Officers ARE IRRESPONSIBLE THAT COMPANY WONT LONG LAST AT ALL.
    ITS A WRONG DECISION WHICH I HAD TAKEN BY CHOOSING JIO .

  56. Billing Issue and Your helpdesk is unable to resolve. They are even refusing to take it as complaint. They don’t even provide information who can resolve it. It seems that customer has made a mistake to take Jio number.

    Issues is about the number 9845072818. I was informed at the time of porting request that SD (250/-) will be adjusted against my bill.
    2-weeks before, Jio helpdesk also accepted the mistake and promised the correction. And now without any prior information they have barred the services. Jio helpdesk (Vizila/Shekhar/etc) refuses to take complaint. They are not even bothered about customer requests.
    Please help to resolve.
