  51. I am not at all getting ur jio network since last 4 to 6 months. The net speed I am experiencing is very very poor i.e.0.21 to 10 k/s. There is always disturbence and voice breaking whenever I talk through Jio Sim. I have contacted the Customer Care of jio company lot of times,but all the time the attendants say that there is a minor problem and will be resolved at the earliest. And also they are not giving me unique complaint number whenever I demand it. Please resolve the issue.Thanks.

  54. From last week i am suffering from the network of jio 4g . but i am hearing from jio customer care that ‘sir sorry …..’ but can not get solution !!!!!

    today i getting email from customer care for the solution, said me that it will take time for 120 days !!!!!

    and i ask for the quick solution the person told me its take 120 days to resolved !!! how can do this the company with me ? this kind of service reliance jio providing? what about my money which i paid for the 3 months time period ??? and the customer executive said me after 120 days you will get solution for the network !!! now tell me what about my payment it is paid without use the service ????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Before a week i am utilize full data for 3/4 days as per my plan 1.5GB after that jio suddenly decrease (decrease means like mtnl dial-up connection 18th century’s network) my internet speed. I raised a complaint but still not resolved and not getting proper answer. jio waste my time and day. I also use vodafone and airtel but these type of issue not happen in vodafone and airtel. My humble request to please resolved or refund choice is your, i am fed-up with jio service and customer excutive.

Recently i had been ported in to jio and since then i am not getting any incoming calls from bsnl landline as well as bsnl mobile. i am a doctor and bsnl calls are not able to contact me via landline hence emergency calls are not getting connected with me which is really causing so much difficulty.i had contacted jio store as well as customer care n number of times but my issue is yet not solved. i hope you will solve my problem.

    I would need help from JIO Care, If you really care for your customer.I am facing an issue while converting my Post paid Jio sim to Pre paid Jio sim. All complaints related to it has been raised as SRs with below Numbers.

    If you can go through all the complaints and the emails which I have sent to your care@jio.com and appeallate.mah@jio.com you will come to know what exactly the issue is. I have done all things which had been told by Care@jio.com and Appeallate.mah@jio.com and your Respective customer care support but I dont think they are ready to help me at all.

    After going through all the steps provided by the customer care and if that does not help, Only thing I can do is contact customer care for further instruction.

    I did the same. Called Appeallate of Jio care on 18008893999 and answer which I received making me think how you guys are really care for your customer.

    Appeallate told me that they cant do anything further on your issue, I have already given you the resolution, I asked them this is not the resolution of this issue as JIO store is saying my E Kyc has been already updated and what to do next, Then they are saying we cant do anything further on your request.

    I was not expecting thia kind of answer fron the highest escalationmatrix of Jio which Appeallate.

    IF this is the correct medium then I would request can you please tell me the next level of escalation after Appeallate as they are denying me to resolve my issue as its not in their hand.

    I am expecting a response from your end through any medium, I will be highly obligied.
