    Above was the complaint was registered regarding my jio features phone. I purchased a jio features phone in oct 2018 and in March 2019 its battery stopped working. When I took this phone to Kalyan service center the executive is asking for money to replace the battery provided my phone is in warranty and not even completed six months of warranty. This is how Reliance jio is making money and looting the customer. Please have some shame.

    Such a shame. The above service request is pending with you since 11 months. I made payment in August 2017 and still to get a refund. Initially two vouchers were showing, now only one is showing.

    Sending you mails since then and the only reply I am getting is we are looking into the issue. Pathetic.

  53. Network is very poor. Inspite of repeated mails sent to Appellate (Higher) Authority there is no use. Its waste..I am following up with Jio team from around a year but issue not resolved it. Always they give some really stupid reply.. Only formal replies just assurance but nothing is excuted.

  55. Last six months back I have been raised complaints about Jio poor network and low data speed till date they don’t have solutions on it. When ever new mail send to them we get auto reply your complaint is registered and you you issue will be solved within 90 days. Last six months correspondence is going on. I fade up with their service and their customers case is useless.

    I am pleased to inform you that I visited your Jio centre thrice for taking my booked Jio mobile and much disappointed there as I was not able to take my jio mobile. Every time either otp was expired or server down inbetween the transaction. Mobile cost was 1500 nd I have paid 450 rupees for my three time traveling to your Jio centre at marol Mumbai. Now your representative asked me to come again which is very harassing to me. I don’t know that your executive doing right or wrong entry.

  60. i have bought a JioFi, 3 month back number 9834029150, with an offer 1000 cashback in Jiomoney.
    i have also provided one old dongal as per offer prerequisite. i got this from Amanora Pune Reliance digital store.

    i have not received any money after 3 month, also even jio is forgot about the offer, you kept big hoarding around Maharashtra to cheat people.
    i have hoarding photograph and bill for my jiofi, let me know if any one is interested in replying or i will take matter to consumer court.
