  6. This morning I was recharging a linked Jio phone. But received a message stating primary number was recharged(number details will be shared via mail)
    Since I wanted the linked number to work immediately I recharged that number again.
    Called your so called customer care. To my shock these are the things that I heard from them

    1. I just have to keep going as in violation to all set rules Jio doesn’t have a resolution mechanism.

    2. The operator neither was ready to take a complaint nor a resolution.

    3. The operator was so funny enough to say TRAI is a team of Jio.(audio available for reference).

    4. The best resolution is to remove this sim put in a Jio phone consume both plans in parallel. I was curious enough to know her definition of what is parallel but her reply is network will take of parallel. Can a learned person explain ?

    If care is a stupid care & mail is only option what will illiterate users do was my next question, she replied they will not do online recharge.

    Resolution or that 49 rupees is secondary I can even call it my charity but if this the level of knowledge you have Iam at unsafe hands. Kindly Respond with seriousness and commitment.

  7. I always get below message from appellate.tn@jio.com, when I approached for issue of replacement SIM. I had been following appellate for weeks. Please find the below message

    “I apologise for the delay in providing you the resolution.
    I am coordinating with my concerned team, please grant us some additional time.
    We appreciate your time and patience in this regard.”

  8. My Jio Sim no 7904247266. I have paid 150 Rs and charged and activated.
    I am not getting green signal in the instrument.
    When asked they said your no has been blocked.since long time not used.
    Will you release it.

  9. I have lodged a complaint on validity of my recharge wrongly done by Jio and sent snap shot of promotional SMS sent specially to me which shows my plan 303 is valid upto 18th August, 2017. This was recharged with Rs.399 on 13th August, 2017 for 84 days. But the validity shows only 5th Nov, 2017 in stead of 11th August, 2017.
    Vague replies without touching the validity date mistake is given. I wanted Jio care to escalate to higher authority. Marked copies to Royston Antony by mail to appellate.tn@jio.com.
    I conclude that Jio is not having proper customer care and hence not able to resolve the problem. How jio can recharge from 13th August 2017 when already plan 303 was valid upto 18th August, 2017?
    Hope senior management will look into my problem.
