Jio Tele Verification Number & Steps

Those customers who have purchased their Jio SIM Card via eKYC option using their Aadhaar Card, there is no need to go through the Tele-verification process. After successful verification, the SIM will be activated. However, if you have not used your Aadhaar Card, you need to call the below numbers to activate your sim card:

Jio Tele-verification number for data and call services: 1977
Jio Tele-verification number for only data service: 1800-890-1977

Please be updated that as per the TRAI rules, without positive tele-verification, the customer’s connection can not be activated.

21-Jul-2017 during the 40th AGM of Reliance. The customers can buy the JioPhones after paying a
refundable security deposit of Rs. 1500 at the time of booking. This security deposit will be
refunded after minimum 3 years (Conditions Apply). The customers can enjoy unlimited data and voice
calling on this phone with a monthly recharge of Rs. 153.
