  3. I have applied for Broadband connection and they made promise for connection in 2 days but even after 7 days connection was not provided and always made false promises .
    Due to this i asked for no connection required and asked for money back , 2 month passed but no update yet regarding money refund .
    This is the worst service i ever seen in current competitive market where customer is first but for Jio ..no words .
    I fed up after following the jio team .

This is to bring in your notice that I am Punit R/O: Chattarpur Extn., New Delhi – 110074 and I am using your services since 2018 & need you attention on which I am facing, I am facing very bad network issue in my locality and didn’t get a single network antina on my phone from last 3 to 4 months. Presently 4 Jio connections already running in my house.

    Seriously, I would like to request please arrange a network engineer visit for my home so that they also can identify the network issue. For attending any call I have to reach my terrace area because I am not able to make or received any call from inside my home because of bad network issue. This issue impacting my work as well and even my office calls was dropping many times and due to this I am facing big troubles.

    I am looking for positive response and hoping that my issue resolves very soon.

  6. Sir i have newly port in jio from airtel on 26 jan 19 and i have not been receiving incoming call from any number except jio and called many time in jio customer care but not resolved yet. They are telling different time, different type of excuse. Sir this is my last and final reminder to you, otherwise i will go to consumer court. Neither i have received my incoming call nor providing solution

  7. Myself Ashok, had a very bad experience on visiting Jio Outlet at kalkaji Market. I applied to port my Airtel prepaid number to Jio Prepaid number on 17th Nov 2018 with Porting Code “AD724395” The outlet owner take my Ekyc(AADHAAR) verification and i received SMS from jio that by 24th Nov 2018 your number will be get ported. As my number is ported I again visited the outlet on 27th Nov and updated him that still my number is not ported. He checked and told me that I have no update why your number is not ported. You need to reapply again for porting to jio.but why he failed to explain and no communication had happened from JIO side also. Any how I again reapplied for porting and my UPC is valid till 30th Nov, Pl. make sure within this period it is ported now. I am expecting a good service from reliance. But really the current experience with reliance is very bad. I am disappointed.

  9. i have been trying customer care jio to register my complaint of no network connectivity on my no .7703953604 for internet, i am unable to use internet for the past 4-6 days.The company no response from the customer care.

    IF I STOP USING INTERNET OF JIO, SIGNAL STOPS COMING AND NOTIFICATION SAYS “NO SERVICE” and even Incoming calls STOPS as there is no signal.

    The moment I select Internet Services of JIO, Signals come back.

    ​It means, JIO is forcing consumers to use their Mobile Network ONLY so as to dissuade consumers to use another Servicer Providers Packs.

    Legally, Jio Cannot STOP my Signal Network for at least Incoming calls.

    I want you to restore my Network for INCOMING CALLS if I am not using any pack of JIO. There is a small balance in my Top Up account.

    When I have call on your customer care no. 198 from 8851035070 and want to info related a no of 8700208064 but your agent ignore my problem and Disconnect my call. and again i have call and talk another customer agent and they ware not given me proper resolution of my problem and after that approx 10:41 AM, my call barred after that i have call on this no. 198 from my brother no 7905010583 and release my barring but i want who’s agent is barred my no because i’m not give any request of barred my no so why my service have barred. I want immediate action of against to agent time duration is 10:40 AM approx and date is 25/09/2017.
