    frist they told it is temporary since june 26 or 22 the problem started frist its okey ithought its a temporary problem as the advisor said then the take my service reqst
    they said it will take 120 days to complete the problem. i was out kolkata for like 1 month then again i am a back at my home there the network problem or the internet speed is still making me okey now whenever i was saying internet speed is slow they say temporary problem now at novmber they are still saying 120 days should i complain again or should i stop using my internet and now yesterday the advisor talks to me rudely like i am doing jokes with him i didnt like that
    i asked him is it really going to fixed in 120 days he say yes it can be but we cant say it can be over 120 days but at frist he say it is expected 120 days
    my money is going waste every day i can stay at home to use internet
    i have to go outside to use it i have works to do i have aproblem with it
    i lost my product orders because of it i am not going to say help me
    just fix it or i also have a bad mouth.

    From last 2-3 week i facing the problem in (internet connection) and internet connection is totally failure in my area, when some time i luckily catch the internet but speed is totally third class, and right now i feel like a foolish, that why I’m port out of IDEA cellular?

    Just waiting for a right time to kick off jio(gio).

    This is for your attention that it was confirmed and assured by your executive on 11/11/17(please refer to the mail of Ajesh Pillai of team jio & attached sound recording) that the recharge done more than one on 09/11/2017(find attachment) would be in queue and activated after expiry of first recharge.
    first recharge expired on 22/01/18 but unexpectedly second recharge has not yet been activated.
    Different types of reply and comment in response to my emails claiming activation of the recharge in question has sent by your various TIM JIO MEMBER (who are basically ignorant of the issue) which summarily has denied to activate the same.
    Now I request you to take a little bit interest into the matter to save the face of your high profile patrons & jio members who are responsible for this type of mess.
